You can be mindful almost anywhere, and all it takes is to just be aware of your own self. If mindfulness sounds like something that you’ll need a yoga studio and a life coach for, think again. “That way, instead of reacting, you choose to respond to your kid’s behavior with love.” And in that way, you are automatically teaching your kid how to practice mindfulness.
